Bulldozer is a self-propelled earth-moving machine, which is a tracked tractor with an attached working tool - a blade located outside the base of the machine's chassis. To move the machine, a hydrostatic transmission chain is used: Hydraulic pump-Hydraulic motor-Planetary gearbox of the bulldozer.
The most important part of the transmission of such special equipment as a bulldozer is the gearbox, which is responsible for transferring energy from the internal combustion engine to the wheels. The bulldozer's running gear drives a device that converts power into useful work by changing the gear ratio and the angular speeds of the shafts. Over time, the mechanism wears out, signs of which are vibration and noise during the operation of special equipment.
In addition, a key component of the machine is also the final drive of the bulldozer, which is responsible for the ground clearance and is located in front of the main (drive) wheel that drives the tracks. Using this device, you can increase ground clearance without changing the size of the wheels themselves. This makes the machine more maneuverable in hard-to-reach areas, which is important when performing complex construction tasks.
