Steps for disassembling and assembling brakes

Vehicle preparation. Park the vehicle on a flat and safe surface and use the handbrake to ensure stability.
Vehicle lifting. Use a jack to lift the vehicle and secure it with a safety frame to ensure stability.
Dismantle the tire. Remove the nuts from the tire and remove the tire.
Remove the brake caliper and brake pads. Firstly, loosen the bolts on the brake caliper, then use a wrench or other suitable tool to remove the brake caliper and remove the brake pads.
Remove the brake disc and brake caliper mounting bracket. Use appropriate tools to remove the brake disc and brake caliper mounting bracket.
Inspect and clean. Clean the debris on the brake discs and pads, inspect their wear, and keep records.
Install new components. If replacement is required, install new brake discs and pads.
Assemble the brake system. Firstly, install the brake caliper and brake pads, then tighten the bolts to ensure that the brake system is leak free.
Lower the vehicle. Use a torque wrench to tighten the tire nuts to the specified torque and lower the vehicle.
Testing. Conduct tests to ensure that the braking system is functioning properly.
