How To Adjust The Brake

Adjust the handbrake stroke. Release the fixing screw of the handbrake cable, adjust the length of the handbrake cable to be appropriate, and then fix the fixing screw of the handbrake cable.
Adjustment of clearance between brake pads and brake discs. Use a wrench to loosen the wheel screws, lift the tire off the ground, and then find the adjustment screw on the brake pad. Adjust the gap between the brake pad and the brake disc appropriately according to the situation. After completion, release the handbrake and press the brake pedal to check if the brake is working properly.
Parking brake adjustment. First, release the parking brake control lever to the limit position, adjust the adjusting nut of the lever until there is a 3-5 "sound" stroke when pulling the parking brake control lever.
Adjustment of electromagnetic brake clearance. Evenly unscrew the installation bolts, adjust the hollow bolts to ensure that the air gap in all positions meets the requirements, then tighten the installation bolts and recheck the air gap.
Comprehensive adjustment. This includes adjusting the position of the brake shoe shaft and brake cam to ensure normal clearance between the brake shoe friction plate and the brake drum.
