1. The reducer is lubricated with winter gear oil or saturated cylinder oil, and the oil surface should ensure that the worm gear is fully immersed in the oil. Change the oil of the reducer once a year.
2. The main shaft bearings and the bearings at the output shaft end of the reducer should be regularly replaced or supplemented with No. 4 calcium based grease, and the oil should be changed every two years.
3. Before each drive, lubricating oil should be added to the open gear.
4. The remaining parts that need lubrication should be lubricated before each driving, especially the thrust ring between the two gears on the output shaft of the reducer and the shaft sleeve of the movable gear should be lubricated with oil.
